We are the Energy of Tomorrow as it should be today. We represent a young company based in Bucharest, Romania, that emerged from our team’s strong knowledge and passion for the gas and energy sector, combined with the powerful desire to innovate the industry’s practices and to change and diversify the business industry.
The company is based on the strong belief that change will only happen when we all start to operate with the desire of improvement - as a mindset. We are eager and determined to explore and innovate the industry’s practices which shall also have an impact upon the new generations’ vision: the energy and gas industry is so beneficial to societies that it’s time for companies to prove the fact that its progress can be taken to a point where sustainability will become a practice more than a goal.
Our team of professionals is now entering on the gas and energy markets with a solid and well-stablished business strategy, developed in years of experience and skill-training within European companies while testing various business models on this volatile industry. And this is only the beginning - our main goal is to use our company as a reference for the ones that will follow.
Philosophy
It is the company’s philosophy to continuously explore new opportunities and grow by entering new markets and diversifying into new areas of activity, whilst never losing track of its core competences, by:
- Initiating in trading and supplying natural gas and energy products in Romania and the rest of Europe.
- Advisory and consultancy services for energy market participants looking to expand their business portfolio on the European markets or to apply another vision to their business management and strategy.
- Diversifying the Energy market share by developing further gas and energy products trading lines with new partners in Romania and other countries in the region such as Austria, Hungary, Serbia, Greece, Slovakia, Albania, Poland, Germany, Italy, Bulgaria, Netherlands, France, Spain and Belgium.
- Implement a rigorous set of practices of doing business in a sustainable and environment friendly way.
- Acquiring a strong renewable energy portfolio and developing it into a powerful network at a European level.
NATURAL GAS & ELECTRICITY TRADING
We began our trading activity in 2021 in consideration of the new EU legislation supporting the sustainability of the global energy market. Our vision is to create diversity on the EU gas and electricity markets and develop balanced partnerships for long-term.

Regulation and National Energy Authorities Support Virtue by our vast experience within the licensing and registration processes on the main European hubs, we are able to offer the support in becoming an active participant on the European markets, including Romania, UK, Austria, Slovakia, Hungary, The Czech republic, Italy, Greece, The Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, France, Poland, Ukraine and Moldova and their main hubs: Balkan Gas Hub, VTP Austria, MGP Hungary, Ceegex, Cegh, RCE, OPCOM, ESP Gazprom, SNAM, GME, EEX, ICE, Gaspool, NCG, TTF, ZTP & so on.

In Europe we initiated the registration of Acer Code, Lei Code and EIC Code aswell as registration and consultancy for the usage of the booking capacity platforms - RBP/ Prisma. We already developed strong business relations with Europe’s main players, dispatching for natural gas trading on FGSSZ, Eustream, GCA, CEGH, matching confirmation with national TSO, monitoring natural gas flow and reporting on our evolution and current status of the partners portfolio.
2025 Goals
2025 comes with high goals for our business.
Beside developing solid partnerships with the main energy traders and suppliers in Europe, we are strong believers that our expertise on high end business development of energy companies will open the path to more innovative, modern, digitized and contemporary way of working for many of the main gas & energy players in EMEA. At the core of this practices we comply with all the international regulations when it comes to sustainibility and we aim for this to be adopted by all the companies that will become our long-term partners, transforming this practices in a natural day-to-day way of working.
We aim for this year a 1 Million MWh traded on the European markets, laying down this way the first layer of our company solid base, leading thus to a powerful and organic growth of our business.
